Nicky joined Domino’s in late 2014 and is Domino’s Chief Marketing Officer for Northern Europe, covering Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Nicky has more than 15 years of international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods and high-tech industries. Nicky started her career at Procter & Gamble, as a Technical Brand Manager. Prior to joining Domino’s, Nicky held strategy and marketing positions at Sony Ericsson, Eli Research and Philips. During her time at Philips, she led the Lighting sector’s digital transformation as Global Head Online Marketing.
Nicky holds a master in bio-engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium; and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Nicky is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy to increase customer counts, grow store sales and strengthen the Domino’s brand. During her time, she’s succeeded in driving digital growth to record highs through innovative introductions such as Order Anywhere, a first at Domino’s worldwide. She’s also propelled the Domino’s brand forward in the Benelux, and built up new day parts through the introduction of profitable new menu solutions, including Hot Sandwiches and Thickshakes, She is dedicated to making Domino’s the dominant brand of choice in the quick service industry across all of Europe.
