OUR COMMUNITY

We support the communities in which we operate

Domino’s is a proud supporter of the communities in which we operate. We are passionate about our responsibility to improve the communities and people around us. We make this possible through a number of giving initiatives:

  • Partners Foundation Program – team members support team members in need (Australia, New Zealand, Japan)

  • Store fundraising programs – Domino’s and our Franchise Partners give back to local community groups through initiatives including ‘Doughraisers’ and ‘Feed the Knead’, where contributions are given in cash or kind to local initiatives. (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany), or other non-government organisations including ‘Eet met je hart’ (Netherlands) or Voedselbank (foodbank) (Belgium).

  • Programs for customers to donate to charitable initiatives, including ‘Round Up for Charity’, where customers can make small donations at the end of the ordering process. (Australia, New Zealand).

  • Minds & Meals – our registered charity focused on delivering fresh hope in times of crisis through supporting youth mental health and disaster relief. (Australia, New Zealand)

Domino’s also provides one paid volunteering day per year to Support Office employees to support a charity or not-for-profit in their community during working hours. (Australia, New Zealand)

Minds & Meals provides support to charities and not-for-profits

We contribute to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices through Minds & Meals in Australia with a focus on youth mental health and disaster relief.

Through Minds & Meals, we aim to help headspace deliver up to 300,000 digital support sessions to improve the mental wellbeing of young people by 2024, and help Youthline counsellors respond to more than 1,500 text messages from young people who reach out for help by 2027.

Domino’s previous registered charity, Give for Good Limited, launched in 2016 and was rebranded to Minds & Meals in 2024. Minds & Meals is a registered charity run by a Board of Directors. Around a third of our Support Office employees contribute via payroll to Minds & Meals, as do customers through our ‘Round Up for Charity’ program and via corporate in-kind donations.
