Josh Kilimnik

Chief Executive Officer - Asia

Josh joined Domino’s in 1992 with Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, the brand’s largest international master franchisee. He worked in various operational roles including Customer Service, Delivery Driver, Pizza Maker and Store Manager. Josh left the company in 1997, only to return to Domino's Pizza Enterprises in 2003, where he worked in a variety of roles including Franchise Consultant, National Construction and Equipment Manager, National Audit and Quality Assurance Manager, National Procurement Manager, and General Manager of New Zealand. As General Manager for New Zealand, Josh was directly responsible for all aspects of the brand in the market, leading a successful turnaround of the business by improving both topline sales and EBITDA across the store base. 

Following this, Josh joined Domino’s Pizza Inc where as Vice President, he led the Dubai office, which supported the Domino’s Pizza businesses in Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, MENAP and Sub-Saharan African markets. Josh was responsible for all aspects of franchisee development, brand operations, stewardship and growth for 24 country markets, representing more than 1,000 Domino’s Pizza stores. 

Formerly Domino’s Japan CEO & President, Josh was appointed Domino’s Asia CEO to lead the Company’s next phase of significant growth across Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia.

Outside of Domino’s Pizza, Josh has also worked for a number of leading Australian retailers.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology.
