Chief Operations Officer - TAIWAN

Ben began his Domino's journey at Domino's Lavington as a Delivery driver and shift runner in 2004 while in high school. In 2007 he moved to Geelong for university and held various roles including Store Manager, Regional Manager and OER Coach whilst completing a Double Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Economics) and Arts (Sociology) at Deakin University. In 2012 Ben joined the Franchise Operations Team as a Franchise Consultant, working with Franchisees to develop and grow their businesses, first in Victoria and Tasmania and then in Western Australia.

In 2015 Ben was appointed as the Franchise Market Manager for Western Australia & Northern Territory and held the same position for Queensland, New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory from 2018 leading the growth and development of the franchised business in these markets.

In 2019 Ben joined the Domino's Pizza Japan team as Executive Vice President - Franchise to lead and grow the Franchise business across Japan, before becoming Chief Operations Officer in 2021.
