Our customers
Each year we serve more than 1/5th of the households in the communities we serve, representing tens of millions of customers each year.
Domino’s recognises that this is a privilege, not a right, and that the choice of our customers is paramount.
We offer an informed choice
Domino’s is committed to offering customers choice. Our customers recognise our food is an indulgence but we will always strive to help them to make the best choices possible by supplying the best ingredients possible and nutritional information on all our products.
In Australia we supply nutritional information for kilojoules and calories for our pizzas on display boards in store and comprehensive breakdowns on our website, providing our customers with all the information they need to make an informed decision.
Our marketing is responsible
Domino’s is passionate about ethical marketing practices. We pride ourselves on marketing which is truthful, accurate, balanced and never misleading, unsubstantiated, derogatory, degrading or offensive.
Strong advertising guidelines govern many of the markets within we operate and we are proud members of advertising boards in many of these markets. Our advertising is always clearly identifiable as advertising, and not presented as research or other published formats.
Domino’s does not market to children and this is reflected in our company policy. We do not provide items such as toys or games to appeal to children.
We take pride in our ability to be agile and responsive to current conditions. During the Covid pandemic, Domino’s were industry leaders in socially responsible marketing by being the first to offer zero contact delivery and by featuring face masks and social distancing in advertising.
