GRANT BOURKE
Non-Executive Director
Grant is a Non-Executive Director and has been a part of Domino's since he became a Franchisee in 1993. He grew to become one of the largest franchisees in Australia with eight stores, annual sales in excess of $9 Million and over 250 employees. In 2001, Grant teamed up with Don Meij and, as Australia's two largest franchisees, vended their 25 stores into the company in exchange for a 23% shareholding.
Between 2001 and 2005, Grant was Director of Corporate Store Operations, managing over 100 company owned stores. In 2005, the company listed on the ASX and Grant was involved in the private to public process and post-IPO looked after investor relations. In 2006, Grant was appointed Managing Director, Europe and relocated to Paris, managing the Company's recently purchased European operations in France, Belgium and The Netherlands with over 200 franchise and company owned stores. Since 2008, upon his return to Australia, Grant has been a non-executive director of Domino's Australia.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former a Non-Executive Director of ASX company, Pacific Smiles Group Ltd.
Prior to joining Domino's, Grant spent six years with Masterfoods (Mars Inc) working in various technical, sales and marketing roles for the company throughout South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Grant has won many awards within Domino's Pizza, including National Sales Champion in 1995, Golden Franchisee award in 1995, Franchisee of the year 1997 and 1998, and the Golden Eagle in 1999 for his contribution to Domino's. Most notably Grant won the Chairman's Award, for Outstanding Leadership in Domino's Pizza in the worldwide network. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science (Food Technology) from the University of NSW and a Masters of Business Administration from Newcastle University.
