Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Mark van Dyck is Group CEO and Managing Director of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE), Australia’s largest publicly listed pizza company and a global leader in the quick-service restaurant industry.
A seasoned executive with extensive international experience in fast-moving consumer goods and food service, Mark has held senior leadership roles at multinational food and beverage companies. These include Managing Director for Coca-Cola in Australia and Ireland and as Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific, at Compass Group. In this role, he oversaw 66,000 employees across 11 countries and the preparation of over 400 million meals annually.
At Compass, Mark doubled underlying growth, significantly increased profitability while improving product quality and customer experience. He restructured and accelerated growth and profitability of the Japanese business, and completed a strategic reset of the Australian business, making it one of the most profitable markets globally for Compass. Mark has a strong focus on strengthening culture and developing people.
Prior to joining Domino’s Mark was an advisor to the DPE Board for 12 months.
Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of West London and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He speaks French and has dedicated over 16 years as a volunteer patrolling surf lifesaver. He is Chairman of the Food and Agriculture Taskforce and was Chairman of the Australian Government-sponsored Asia Taskforce (incorporating the Business Council of Australia and Asia Society). His favourite item on the Domino’s menus is a garlic prawn pizza.
