DOMINO’S LAUNCHES 3-CHEESE-STACKER WITH AUGMENTED REALITY (AU)

Australia’s largest pizza company, Domino’s, has launched its most indulgent pizza crust yet, the 3-Cheese-Stacker, available in stores across Australia today.

Domino’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand Nick Knight said the 3-Cheese-Stacker features layers of swiss and cheddar sauce, stretchy mozzarella and a swirl of cheese sauce on top.

“Customers can see the oozing layers of cheese come to life on their mobile device, with the latest addition to Domino’s New Pizza Chef with Augmented Reality,” Mr Knight said.

“New Pizza Chef is a world first in pizza and allows customers to use augmented reality to choose from endless flavour combinations and create their ultimate favourite pizza through the Domino’s app.

“With digital stickers, characters and pop-up surprises, the app provides a fun, interactive way for people to order and we’re excited to add our new, most indulgent crust yet to the app for customers to experience.”

Customers can add the 3-Cheese-Stacker to their favourite Large Value, Traditional or Premium Pizza for the perfect indulgence, for an additional $3.95.

Also, hitting the menu today as part of the Official Pizza of Summer campaign is the Reef, Steak and Bacon Pizza and a Salted Caramel Sundae.

“The Reef, Steak and Bacon Pizza really captures the best of the Australian summer with juicy prawns, tender steak and crispy rasher bacon,” Mr Knight said.

“Another cool change to the menu is the Salted Caramel Sundae, which has been highly requested by customers. With classic vanilla ice-cream and salted caramel sauce, the sundae is the perfect way to cool down over summer.”
